Andrew comes with a construction background that began as a young man working with his father on investment properties. He’s done, or been a part of, just about any residential construction phase of construction and has a profound dedication to excellence and doing the job right the first time.   The majority of his work career has been service and industry related construction.

Andrew works as an independent contractor at times with Orlando’s Best Home Inspection, LLC AND he has his own, “separate” business as well. He got his Florida Home Inspectors license years ago and is one of Orlando’s top inspectors.  He is State Certified, a Member of InterNACHI, a Certified Professional Inspector and carries $1,000,000.00 Errors and Omissions Insurance. He holds a current State of Florida Workers Comp Exemption. He works with buyers, sellers, investors, builder and real estate brokers and agents.

He is profoundly qualified to do residential inspections and over the last three plus years has trained and studied extensively with me and my Orlando home inspection protocol. Andrew works with Orlando’s Best Home Inspection, LLC as an independent contractor for four point and wind mitigation inspections. However, he does have his own company that offers inspections services away from and independent of Orlando’s Best home Inspection, LLC.
