The Home Inspection Protocol Is Done In Three Phases
It’s a process that stays the same with each inspection. Your report will follow the same protocol. The primary phases area;
As I walk and observe the property, I’m looking at 100’s of items. Anything I see that can represent either money or labor to my buyer in some degree.
I have only my client’s interest at hand. After I complete each phase, I then walk my client through the same protocol and explain the issues of concern.
That way, when they get the report, they understand what it says and will be better prepared to address the concerns we find with the sellers.
